OSANAI, TOSHIKAGE was
Born in Aomori Province in 1947 and Graduated from the Art Department of the Yamagata University after Studying under Hayashiba. He was selected to join the Institute of Japan Prints as well as other Organisations and has Won a Number of Awards including the Grand Prize for Prints in 1988.
